Terms and Conditions

Prices: Can be subject to change at any time up to placement of the order. Once the order is placed and acknowledged, the acknowledged price will be held firm. All prices are ex works from Bedford UK and include VAT.

Payment terms: A 50% deposit is required with the order. The balance is due when we notify you that the order is ready for dispatch and must be paid within 5 working days.

Delivery date: Upon receipt of the order we will send an order acknowledgement which include an estimated delivery date. The company will use its best endeavours to meet the estimated delivery dates. However should suppliers for the company not deliver necessary materials, components on time or other circumstances beyond the control of the company occur to delay delivery of the product, then the company cannot be held liable for any form of damages, or return of deposits held.

Warranty of quality: The company warrants that parts and components shall be free from defects in workmanship or materials. In the event that any supplied parts shall prove to be defective in workmanship or materials within 1 year from delivery, the company shall repair or replace same. Engines have specific warranty conditions specified by the engine manufacturer and specific requirements for warranty registration, which shall be the responsibility of the purchaser. Except as herein stated the company shall not be liable for any damages or for the breach of any warranty, express or implied, or for any further obligation or liability on account of the products covered by this agreement.

Warning: This product is not certified by the UK CAA, as such the owner must take full responsibility for the integrity and safety of the aircraft. Every customer purchasing this aircraft or components whether directly or indirectly from the company is warned that that microlight flying and similar airsports are not controlled as are other forms of aviation. As a result microlight aircraft, components and related equipment are manufactured from commercially available materials and components and some of these materials and components are not designed specifically for aviation use. Bearing in mind the above every purchaser must ensure that he inspects fully every purchased item upon delivery and before every flight thereafter and he must make himself aware of all trends or changes which may make a particular item unsuitable for the use it was initially purchased. He must also satisfy himself that a purchased item is suitable for the use to which he intends to employ it. The company can offer advice, but the final responsibility for the use of goods purchased rests solely with the purchaser (whether direct or indirect) or other user who employs such goods at his own risk. This warning applies to every part item or service offered by the company and acceptance of or payment for goods is an implicit acceptance of this warning.

The Super 70: is classed as an SPHG in the UK, which is an aircraft not requiring a permit to fly, any associated design investigation, or formal flight testing, the onus is entirely on the owner/pilot to establish the aircraft is in a fit state to fly. The Super 70 is sold in the UK as a SPHG, and is governed by the rules specified in the country where it is flying, the onus is entirely on the owner/pilot to establish the aircraft complies with the local rules, and is in a fit state to fly. The owner/pilot must assure the aeroplane complies with all of the following criteria before flight.

Single seat only
Empty weight including fuel must not exceed 70kgs (75kgs if a recovery system is installed)
Stall speed less than 20 knots
Only be flown on a private flight, by day, in VFR, only over non-congested areas.
Rules of the Air must be observed
